Fully Furnished very spacious Room with a King Size Bed and a sitting area in a hotel apartment of 2 bedrooms, each room has it's own attached bathroom, located in Ezdan Tower No.2, an excellent location in the middle of west bay, Olympic size open to air pool, gym, spa and covered car parkings, 2 days a week housekeeping which includes cleaning of room and changing of bed linen and all bathroom towels with fresh ones (this service is not available in most of other towers in west bay unless it's a hotel).

Electricity, water and internet bill is included in the rate, a fully equipped kitchen with a bar (i don't cook anyway), An extra mini fridge in each room plus safebox, (the normal price in this tower if you want to have your own room where its size will be much less than half the size of the room i'm advertising and even without a kitchen is 7500 QR), no Cheques required, only advanced payment in the beginning of each month is the way of payments, the room will be available on the 1st of June 2017, you will be sharing with me, I am a guy in my early thirties, working as an architect.

Note that your room entrance is just next to the apartment door which is making it extra private, note that 1 month security deposit is required and will be used at the time you give your 1 month notice to leave.

Another advantage of this hotel apartment is that you are only sharing it with 1 person only and not 4 or 5 people like the rest of the apartments in West Bay, which is also making your stay extra private and more enjoyable not to mention the 24H room service (Food & Maintenance) and the 2 Supermarkets in the premises of the building, Restaurants (Dean-David, Remman Open 24Hours, Lebanos, Thuraya, Sports Cafe, Abajor, Mokarabia Cafe, Costa, Papa Johns Pizza and Starbucks.... plus a 24H Pharmacy, all just downstairs! Access to taxi's is very easy as you won't even wait for more than 1 minute before a taxi pass by in front of the tower, not to mention the plenty amount of Uber/Careem drivers that are 24Hours roaming around this area.
