Description:
The operations manager is responsible for the daily supervision of stores, including staff, sales, resources and stock management.
He/She recruit train, supervise and appraise staff, manage budgets, maintain statistical and financial records and deal with customer queries and complaints.
They are also in charge of ensuring that staff provides excellent customer service every day.
