Assisting the IT R&D Lead.
Configuring 3CX Phone System and managing the Phone System.
Managing the Network Server and other peripheral devices.
Managing the local domain and creating new user for new employee.
Troubleshoot all technical issues.
Responsible for attending the Client’s service call.
Maintain the connectivity of the network as well as internet connection.
Responsible for formatting the Operating System of workstation or laptop.
Responsible for installing software or 3rd party software.
Responsible for backing up the files and stored to network server or external storage.
Assisting the Administrative Manager during material delivery.
Managing the IP Surveillance System and recording.
