- Bachelor or Master in Business Administration specialization with Human Resources - Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in handling End to end recruitment
Able to Handle Multitask and follow up and able to work under pressure
Able to give recruitment update report as when as required by the Management
Very strong follow up in recruitment process
Strong oral and communication skills and English language fluency.
Capability to learn local and legal requirements.
Must be fully aware of the sensitivity and confidentiality of the function and act upon it.
Strong computer skills, data analysis and spreadsheets
Well-motivated team player approach to respond positively to the demands of the job
