Beautiful apartment in Westbay - Beverly Hills Tower

Hello ;)
I'm looking for a flatmate to a beautiful new apartment in the center of Westbay.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms, big living room, guest bathroom, little room with washmachine and dryer.
Each bedroom has an access to balcony and separate bathroom. All of them have an own big wardrobe and a very nice furniture. The view is on the sea;)
Tower has free access to pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam and gym. In the Tower you can find restaurant, grocery store in the basement, laundry, ATM, and is very close to City Center, Kempinsky, Hilton.
Everything is included in the price (water, electricity, internet, maintenance, tv, parking).
One month Deposit is required. Starts from 1st of September or mid of August;).
